BANGKOK, 19 March 2014  Finance Minister Kittirat Na Ranong has indicated the 20 billion baht borrowed from the government's central budget is ready to be processed in order to pay rice growers who have been awaiting payment for their mortgaged rice.

BANGKOK, Nov 8 -- Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra on Tuesday said she has cancelled her plan to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit Nov 12-15, saying she is obliged to focus on the flood crisis response at home.
