Local singer arrested for pot
Siam Rerksonsari (centre,
background) signs his confession in front of arresting officers and the loot
confiscated from him.
Mr. Siam Rerksonsari, 37, a singer at the Wandee Cafe,
has been arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Pattaya Police, learning through an informant that Rerksonsari was dealing
the drug, set up a stake out at the Wandee Cafe. When Rerksonsari arrived
for work, police detained him and searched his car.
Police found 60 small bags of Marijuana hidden in the inside of the right
front door, and 10,000 baht in cash in Rerksonsari pockets.
Rerksonsari confessed to all charges.
