teamed up to train private- and public-sector employees to become effective
spokespeople.
The Sept. 26-27 workshop at the Diana Garden Resort offered strategic
communications lessons from Sukhothai Assistant Professor Siriwan Anathot, MCOT
Chonburi broadcaster Pipat Sangkaew and MCOT Phrae broadcaster Sajjapol
Janthrat.
The training helped private companies and government agencies to create a better
image or communicate information better to the public. Lectures covered
techniques, multimedia creative design and advancements in technologies to use
in public relations.
Pattaya Deputy Mayor Wutisak Rermkitkarn, who opened the course, said he
believed the course would help Pattaya bureaucrats to better communicate with
the public and improve the city’s image.
