A young woman of the second category was robbed on
his way home from a friend’s house in the early morning hours of Oct 17.
The armed robbers made off with 2,000 baht cash, other belongings and
the transvestite’s motorcycle.
Pongkan Phichai, 22, reported to police that as he
was approaching the at darkened Mitkamol intersection with Soi
Chaiyapornvithee in East Pattaya at 2 a.m., 4 teenage boys on two
motorcycles blocked him in the front and back. One of the boys pulled
out a gun and pointed it to his head while the other held a knife,
forcing him to turn over 2,000 baht cash, a Blackberry Smart Phone, 1
Nokia mobile phone and a black Yamaha Mio motorcycle, license plate 234.
The boys fled towards Mabprachan reservoir.
Police sent out an all points bulletin, but came up
empty.
