Thief stealers restaurateur’s wheels … literally

Thieves in the night made
off with all 4 wheels, leaving the car on blocks.

Police were called to Soi Kophai, near the Cafe Mesi Russian restaurant,
to investigate an incident stolen car wheels.
Santisuk Homsaeng, 26, manager of Cafe Mesi, was standing next to a
Honda City sedan, propped up on bricks and timber. It wasn’t going
anywhere, as all four wheels were gone.
Santisuk said that the car belongs to the owner of the restaurant and
was left for staff to use for shopping. He normally parked the car in
front of the restaurant, but there were no spaces the night before, so
he parked it on the roadside.
He returned to find the car immobilized. He said the wheels were new and
cost 20,000 baht each.
