3 teens arrested in Third Road mugging

One teen escaped, but these 3 were caught after mugging another teen for 1,100 baht.

Boonlua Chatree
Three teenagers were arrested for allegedly mugging an 18-year-old on Third Road.
Watchara Yiadram, 18, told police three boys and a girl had threatened him near the Bamboo Bar with brass knuckles, then stole 1,100 baht and a small gold ring. They fled down Soi Batman.
Police stormed the soi and found the teens cornered at a dead end. One managed to escape, but another who jumped in a water tank was quickly found.
Taken into custody were two boys, ages 17 and 16, and a 15-year-old girl. They said they didn’t know the full name of the fourth teen, but police are investigating. Officers recovered the victim’s money and jewelry.
