A tryst with two transvestite prostitutes cost an
Iranian man more than he bargained for when, after departing their
rented room, discovered he was missing about $3,000.
Alireza Safarian Bahri, 41, filed a theft complaint
with police about 1:50 a.m. Sept. 18. He said he’d been walking on
Pattaya Beach when he was approached by two ladyboys on a motorbike.
They took him to their room and only discovered the missing cash later.
He tracked down the two “katoeys’ to a nearby street
and demanded his money back. Instead, Bahri said, he was given a good
beat-down. Police were unable to locate the female impersonators.
