While mobile phones may be the popular choice, pay
telephones still are important communications points for many.
Unfortunately, at this phone booth, the only thing to call is for help.
Located near the busy Central Festival Pattaya Beach
mall and Pattaya Police Station, this Soi 9 phone booth is missing the
key ingredient: the phone.
Advertising and a traffic cone was readily available.
However, it’s unlikely someone needing to call a friend would find
either useful. Being that the booth obstructs pedestrians officials
either should dial in a solution or simply remove it.
