Passersby ran and police wouldn’t even get near a disturbed man pacing around a Pattaya parking lot with a knife.
The unidentified man was rambling incoherently and waving a 20-centimeter blade when officers arrived at the department store parking lot on Second Road April 6.
Police didn’t risk getting too near, using long steel poles to contain the man before disarming him.
