Thidsida Shingrissiri (centre), Director of Rooms of the Dusit Thani Pattaya led her management team to welcome Lou Guanlian (5th left), Tourism Administration deputy director and his entourage from QingDao, China. The delegation was on an official visit to Pattaya to sign a memorandum of understanding and acknowledge China’s participation in the International Horticultural Exposition to be held in QingDao in 2014.
