In the royal telegram, Their Majesties said they had learned with deepest sorrow the news on the passing away of President Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Their Majesties conveyed their deepest sympathy to the Venezuelan Government, people and the family of President Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias.
BANGKOK, 8 March 2013 Their Majesties the King and Queen have sent condolences to Venezuelan leaders over the death of President Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias on March 5.
