This is a bloody disgrace and very typical, this man thinks he is British and that no law can touch him just because he is white. I am not surprised at all, there are many white people selling drugs in Pattaya and Phuket, the Thai people should arrest these people and charge them with capital punishment, the death penalty, that will teach them a lesson, follow the Singapore system, hang those drug smugglers and sellers.
