Steven Palmer, 42, a Mathayom 4-6 instructor at Sattahip School, was captured by Chonburi Provincial Police in an April 22 sting operation. He was caught accepting 4,000 baht for 1.3 g. of crystal meth.
Steven Palmer has been remanded in custody for allegedly selling illicit drugs to an undercover agent.
