The Jan. 5 raid by 100 Pattaya and Chonburi police officers and officials from the National Counter Corruption Commission came after a surge in drug offenses during the New Year’s holiday. Indoor bars on Soi 6 and beer bars along Second Road were targeted.
24 methamphetamines users were arrested and taken to Pattaya Police Station for processing.
