through piles of counterfeit garments.

One person was arrested and more than 625 counterfeit
garments seized when police raided a shopping mall on Beach Road.
Anatana Phudkhornburee, 32, was taken into custody by
intellectual property investigators. Police also confiscated 456 faux
Adidas, Gucci, Prada, D&G, Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani, Diesel, Puma,
and Louis Vuitton items.
Thongsamai Sangkasee, 24, was arrested and 87 fake
Diesel, Lacoste, Polo, Burberry, Adidas, Boss, D&G, Armani, Tommy
Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein items were seized.
Jeerada Prajit, 22, was arrested with 15 bags bearing
labels of Dior, D&G, Prada, Hermes, and Cole.
Finally, Peerapong Khanthawut, 23, was arrested with
70 copycat jeans from Diesel and Levi’s.
All were charged with distribution of counterfeited
goods and trademark violations.
