PWA workers undo damage caused
by PEA workers on Soi AR.

Provincial Waterworks Authority workers have fixed a pipe
broken by electrical utility workers on Soi AR.
A Provincial Electrical Authority laborer had destroyed a
connection from a storm-drainage pipe to the drain itself, causing flooding
in the North Pattaya neighborhood. The PEA had been in the area to fix an
electrical problem.
PWA workers then came to the scene to undo the damage
done by their utility company counterparts, helping to resolve all repairs
and fully reopen the road.
