Nearly 80 volunteers from the Thappraya 2310 Foundation were trained
to better conduct traffic during a two-day workshop in Pattaya.
Foundation President Manasvee Pinyasiri led the 78 volunteers in the session
that covered not only traffic laws, but discipline, manners, strategies,
incident control, and working at special events.
Koh Samet Police Deputy Superintendent Lt. Col. Somsak Popanjamakul and
Region 2 Police Training Center Lt. Col. Tippwan Chatyapa provided both
theoretical and practical training April 26-27.
