Two transvestites were arrested for allegedly pick-pocketing a Russian man cruising Pattaya Beach at 2:30 a.m.
Urassaya Jariya, 36, and Obchuay Leeraksa, 25, were detained by passersby and waiting for police to arrive at the corner of Soi 13/2 Aug. 3. Tourist Rasnid Amirov, 26, was there to point out the suspects.
Rasnid claimed he was walking back to his hotel when he was accosted and propositioned by the ladyboys. While giving him an unwanted hug, he said, the two transvestites plucked his wallet, which contained 2,160 baht and 7,200 rubles.
