A Vietnam News Agency delegation meets officials and explores sustainability initiatives at Benjakitti Park, highlighting growing collaboration between Vietnam and Thailand in diplomacy, media, and urban development.

BANGKOK, Thailand – A delegation from the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) visited the Embassy of Vietnam and Benjakitti Park in Bangkok on April 23 as part of their media program in the capital.

The VNA delegation visited the Vietnamese Embassy, where they conducted an interview with Ambassador Pham Viet Hung on Thailand-Vietnam relations, covering ongoing cooperation and potential areas for future collaboration.



The delegation later traveled to Benjakitti Park to interview Pornphrom Vikitsreth, the chief sustainability officer of Bangkok and an advisor to the governor, about the “Lotus Photo Trend” and its connection to sustainable urban development. They also spoke with Deputy Governor Sanon Wangsrangboon on urban green space planning and environmental management in Bangkok.

The visit points to continued engagement between Vietnamese and Thai institutions, with discussions covering diplomacy, urban development, sustainability, and the role of media cooperation in promoting regional ties.
