Heeding the needs of the community, Pattaya City electricians replace burnt-out street lights in Soi Khopai 9/1, South Pattaya.

A Pattaya councilman had streetlights fixed and donated eggs to a near-sighted resident of Soi Khopai community in South Pattaya.

Councilman Nikom Sangkaew, who was a top Soi Khopai Community leader before his election, went back to his old stomping grounds on Soi Khopai 9/1 Oct. 13 after residents complained about burned-out streetlights. He had city crews come in and replace the bulbs.

Before leaving, he gave eggs, rice, drinking water and other supplies to Mr. Boonlai, a community police radio volunteer who is visually impaired. The donation was paid for generous neighbors.
