Transvestite arrested for drugging, robbing Russian tourist

Police have arrested a transvestite for allegedly drugging and robbing a Russian tourist.

Kiattisak Phaphakdee, 20, was apprehended leaving the Fahprathan pawn shop on Third Road Dec. 18 where he had sold a Canon digital camera belonging to Evengy Gerasimenko, 40. Police also found a 10cm knife on the cross-dresser. Police seized the camera from the shop owner.

At the police station, Gerasimenko alleged that Kiattisak had drugged him while they were drinking beer at the Lucifer disco earlier. Club employees had called police when they found the Russian passed out after closing. Both the camera and 10,000 baht were missing when he awoke.
