The next meeting of the Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, October 26. Everyone is warmly welcome. For the past 28 years the Samaritans of Thailand have been providing confidential crisis intervention services over the telephone. The English-speaking unit, Samaritans English Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support to the expatriate community.
