Foreign and Trade Minister of Hungary discusses Thai-EU FTA and Schengen Visa waiver

Both sides discussed ways to expand economic cooperation and cooperation within the EU framework, including Thai-EU FTA and Schengen Visa waiver.

H.E. Mr. Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed H.E. Mr. Szijjártó Péter, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary during the latter’s official visit to Thailand on 19 March 2024.

Both sides discussed ways to expand economic cooperation and cooperation within the EU framework, including Thai-EU FTA and Schengen Visa waiver. They also aimed to promote cooperation in the international organizations.



After the discussion, both Ministers witnessed the signing of 2 MOUs, one between Chiangmai University and Thinkology KFT, and the other between Thailand’s and Hungary’s Equestrian Federations. (MFA)
