They hope the new prime minister will contribute to the economic recovery of Thailand. At the San Sai market, many Chiang Mai residents expressed their satisfaction with the new government’s commitment to providing the promised digital money.

A vendor said her desire to receive the money promptly to use it for her family expenses and as capital for her business. Similarly, a vegetable vendor said that the economy has been struggling for a long time and she hopes the new government will contribute to its recovery. However, she acknowledges that details about the digital money distribution remain unclear, but if received, it would serve as an economic stimulus.
