THAILAND EVENT: Here’s a brief program for the 5th Ayutthaya KHON Festival 2024, which will be held from Thursday, 30 May to Monday, 3 June.
Daily activities:
– Daily Khon performance starts at 19.30 hrs onwards. Prior to that, there will be other performances including cultural shows, Thai musical performances, stage plays and contemporary shows.
– Retro-style market, exhibitions, photo backdrops, and DIY booths
Special activities:
– The opening ceremony and the Ramayana Procession will take place on Friday, 31 May, from 18.30 hrs onwards.
– The grand Khon performances will take place on Friday and Saturday, 30-31 May.
