Kindergarteners compete in Pattaya ‘Chaimongkol Games’

Little tikes competed in football and other sports at the 33^rd “Chaimongkol Games”.

Pattaya Deputy Mayor Thitiphan Phettrakul opened the Kindergarten Sports Competition with Phra Khru Rachsansophon, abbot of Wat Chaimongkol Temple, Oct. 9 with Surat Mekawarakul, chairman of Wat Chaimongkok Children’s Development Center.



The games feature football, running in straight and zig-zag lines, throwing balls and throwing balls through hoops. Competitions are held among four teams Oct. 9, 16 and 23.

The competition aims to promote children’s good health, love of playing sports, exercise, build confidence and good sportsmanship.
