PATTAYA, Thailand – The My Bar Golf Society enjoyed another lively week on the fairways, taking on two challenging courses with strong turnouts, shifting conditions, and a mix of tight scoring and standout performances.

Fourteen players made the trip to Plutaluang Navy Golf Course on Tuesday, March 31 to tackle the demanding North & West loops, widely regarded as the toughest combination on the property. Under hot conditions with only a light breeze for relief, the course was in good shape and provided a stern test from the outset.

Scoring reflected the difficulty, with just one player bettering his handicap. Bob Edwards carried his strong form from the previous week, producing an excellent 39 Stableford points to claim victory. Seamus O’Connor, playing his final round before heading home, secured second place with a respectable 35 points.

At the other end of the leaderboard, Paul Davies and Dave Smith contested the dreaded spoon, with Dave narrowly losing out on countback. Near pins were dominated by Allan Cassin, who impressively claimed three, while Robert Charbonneau picked up the other.

The group also said farewell to Mick Bryant, wishing him well and looking forward to his return.
