A surprise February “Mango Rains” storm snarled traffic in Pattaya on Thursday.
Heavy rain and the usual resulting flooding bogged down cars and motorbikes on Soi Nernplabwan, Soi Khao Noi, the railway-parallel road and both directions on of Sukhumvit Road at the Highway Police Station.
After raining for less than an hour, the flooding drained relatively quickly, putting things back to normal.
