Police are looking for a middle-aged man who flashed his genitals at shoppers at a Pattaya mall.
A 28-year-old witness said he had gone to the unidentified mall Jan. 29 and saw the man in his 40s sitting on an armchair, pretending to read a book. But he pointed his body at the escalator and, when attractive women passed, flashed his penis at them.
The witness said many women and children were in the area and also saw it. He notified mall security who called police.
The man was gone by the time officers arrived, but he was captured on security camera video.
