An Australian golfer died after collapsing on the sixth hole at the Plutaluang Golf Course.
Anthony John Olcorn, just 8 days after his 63rd birthday, reported feeling dizzy and tired while golfing under a blazing sun with three friends Aug. 14. Friends reported he collapsed while preparing to tee off on the sixth hole.
Caddy Yolthida Kalek, 19, said friends provided CPR to try and revive the victim, but to no avail. Olcorn’s body was taken to the Forensics Institute to determine the cause of death while the Australian embassy was notified.
