Continuing on their Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) projects, Sarun Tuntijumnun, GM of the Central Festival Pattaya Beach and Thonawat Nhuwet, merchandising manager of Central Co., Pattaya branch along with employees of the Holiday Inn Pattaya lead a team of volunteers to clean and repair sections of the Wat Buddhiwararam temple recently.

At a small ceremony held at the Norwegian Church recently, Gudmund Eiksund, president of the Rotary Club of Jomtien-Pattaya together with fellow members Vutikorn Kamolchote, Jan Olav Aamlid and Dieter Reigber presented a donation of 100,000 baht to Piangta Chumnoi, director of the Ban Jing Jai Foundation. On hand to receive the donation were members of the building committee Hans K. Nyvoll, Stephen and Lamyai Beard, Jim Farmer, and John Haerum.

Somchai Janchai, chairman of the Tambol Administrative Organisation of Nong Kham in Sriracha district of Chonburi, proudly holds the HRH Princes Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Cup which he received for his winning entry of the ‘Grammatophyllum Speciosum’ the world’s largest orchid. The fair saw more than 80,000 orchids of various species found in Thailand on show.
