Jesters Party Night 2010 -
A Remarkable Evolution

Saturday night. The annual charity evening was once again a huge success,
capping off another year for the Jesters Care for Kids Charity.

Rayong group threatens mass demonstration

A group of Rayong residents,
unhappy with a court’s decision to allow Maptaput Industrial Estate projects to
resume, threatened a mass rally if 11 facilities it deems dangerous are not shut
down by Sept. 30.
Suthi Atchasai, coordinator of the Eastern Public Network, said the “dangerous”
projects include petrochemical, iron smelting, nuclear power, mining and coal-burning
plants in Rayong, Chantaburi, Trat, and elsewhere.

Tavern by the Sea Restaurant. After the usual opening announcements, he

St Andrews first IBDP students celebrate 100% pass rate

St Andrews International School Green Valley
celebrated their first ever IB Diploma results last month. The school is
thrilled to have a 100% Diploma pass rate, with 75% of their students
also receiving Bilingual Diplomas. The IB Diploma program is a
challenging pre-university course, used in international and state
schools around the world.

Stuvik victorious at Zhuhai International Circuit

The Asian Formula Renault Championship rounds 7 and 8
were held last weekend at the Zhuhai International Circuit in China on
September 18-19. Qualifying for this event started Saturday afternoon
and 15 year old Thai racing driver, Sandy Stuvik, a resident of Rayong
and Year 10 student at the Garden International School, lived up to
everyone’s expectations by setting the fastest lap time of practice
session one,
