Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa recently served as home base for the USS Honolulu. Culinary Specialists Mr. Travis Jason Graff and Mr. Jeremy Ross Becker USS Honolulu chefs attended the traditional Thai Cooking Class. Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa arranges these cooking classes for anyone who is interested in learning about the methods and ingredients used in preparing top-notch traditional Thai cuisine.

Ingo Raeuber (2nd right), Group General Manager of Pinnacle Hotel Group, celebrated his birthday with good friends and colleagues at Restaurant Casa Pascal recently. Pascal created a superb birthday set menu, which was served with excellent wines. Among guests, many of well-known hoteliers and gourmets such as Vongbhum (Chairman of Pinnacle Hotel Group), Alexander Haeusler (GM Royal Cliff Beach Resort), Andrew Wood (GM of Chaophaya Park Hotel, Bangkok), Bobby Brooks, Paisan & Deborah from Rabbit Resort, Dr. Iain Corness and Richard Haughton.

The mushroom farming helps generate more income for their families, which were affected by the Tsunami.
