To mark World Environment Day recently, Pierre Andre Pelletier (5th
left) GM of the Amari Watergate Bangkok together with Laksana
Rojdumrong (4th right), Director of the Rajthevi
District office, led their respective staff and officers in a joint
ecological campaign to clean-up the footpath from Rajthevi Intersection
and along with Petchaburi Road.

Dr. Pichit Kangwolkij (2nd right), Deputy CEO Group 3 and
Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, was the proud
recipient of the Hospital Accreditation Certificate from the Healthcare
Accreditation Institute recently.

M.L. Panadda Diskul (centre), Deputy Permanent Secretary
for Interior, chaired a seminar at the A-One Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya
recently to train border officials on negotiation skills in preparation for
the imminent forming of the ASEAN Community in 2015. He was welcomed by
Tassanee Maneenet (4th right), Human Resources Manager of the hotel.

Andre Brulhart (2nd right), Area General Manager of
Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, congratulates Prawit
Sangkheet (3rd left) and Jamnong Sessathit (3rd right), two of the resort’s
kitchen staff who earned two awards at the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge
2013 (THAIFEX - World Food Asia) held at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani recently.
Prawit won a bronze medal at the Modern Thai cuisine competition, and
Jamnong a silver medal from the contest for four different Individual
Western Plated Desserts. Also seen congratulating the two winners are
Wuthisak Pichayagan (left), Executive Assistant Manager for Food and
Beverage, Executive Chef Colin Grant (2nd left), and Daranat Nuchaikaew
(right), Director of Human Resources.

Nattawut Saikuar (centre), Deputy Ministry of Commerce, presided over the
opening of THAIFEX-World of Food Asia 2013 and was witness at the MOU
signing ceremony between Dr. Sorajak Kasemsuvan (2nd right), President of
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), and Srirat
Rastapana (2nd left), Director General of the Department of International
Trade Promotion, to support “Thai Select, Select THAI” program which
supports and promotes Thai food, Thai restaurants and meals served on THAI
flights under the Thai Select brand.

Dusit Thani Pattaya marked World No Tobacco Day My
31, a yearly activity aimed at raising awareness among staff and management
of the importance of a tobacco-free lifestyle. Hotel management joined the
staff in distributing anti-smoking leaflets and creating banners to spread
the message that smoking is dangerous to health, and advertising tools
promoting the habit must be banned. Staff members who have successfully quit
the habit were also commended with a Certificate of Recognition and offered
many other ways to live a healthy life such as riding a bicycle and engaging
in any sport activity.
