water to neighborhoods uphill from reservoirs and treatment plants that
experience water shortages even thought the city has plenty to spare.
Project Assistant Manager Paphawin Raksat said work is ongoing on
Chaiyapruek Road, Sukhumvit Road, and Jomtien Beachside Road to install
pipes. About 80 percent of the sidewalks have been repaired, with the rest
of the work expected to conclude this month.
