owner for using Cambodian crews

Royal Thai Navy officials are looking for a Rayong fishing fleet
owner for allegedly stocking five of his vessels with illegal Cambodian
crewmen.
The HTMS Jao Klaeng and a patrol boat intercepted the five small boats
Oct. 14 near Koh Lanwien, about 1.4 miles off the Sattahip coast. Five
Cambodian captains ages 21-26, were charged with illegal fishing and
immigration charges.
Navy officers said the Cambodians admitted to entering Thailand
illegally from Nakhonwat and being hired by a fleet operator in
Paknamprasae, Rayong for 2,000-3,000 baht per weekly trip.
Navy officers processed the illegal aliens for deportation while
investigating the Rayong boat owner who hired them.
