A transvestite has been arrested for drugging and robbing male victims across Bangkok. Preying on men, Mr. Apichart or Ping Ping used drugs to incapacitate them before robbing them of their possessions and vehicles.

Some victims were subjected to physical harm while resisting the effects of the drugs. This wicked plan involved lacing Clonazepam pills into their drinks.
