BANGKOK, Thailand – Thailand has unveiled its national costume for Miss Grand International 2025, introducing “Phi Ta Khon” as the outfit to be worn by Sarunrat Puagpipat, Miss Grand Thailand 2025. Inspired by the renowned Phi Ta Khon Festival in Loei province, the costume has been created to showcase Thailand’s cultural heritage on the global stage.

Rooted in Buddhist legends and the traditions of Dan Sai district, the festival is celebrated for its colorful masks and lively processions. The costume draws on this heritage, capturing both the artistry and spiritual depth of the community.


The design features the distinctive Phi Ta Khon mask, bold and mysterious in style, paired with refined textiles and flowing forms. Together, these elements convey faith, unity, and the vibrant energy of the celebration.
