The Royal Thai Embassy in Riyadh advises Thai nationals in Lebanon to stay alert, avoid high-risk areas, and consider evacuation as attacks continue in Beirut’s Bachoura and Zuqaq al-Blat districts.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Royal Thai Embassy in Riyadh has issued an advisory to Thai nationals in Lebanon following continued attacks in Beirut, warning of rising risks to civilian safety.

Authorities reported strikes in areas including Bachoura and Zuqaq al-Blat, with incidents occurring without prior warning. The situation remains unstable, raising concerns that violence could expand and affect a wider area.

Thai nationals without urgent reasons to remain in Lebanon are advised to leave while commercial flights are still operating at Rafic Hariri International Airport. Those who remain are urged to exercise caution in daily life, avoid high-risk areas, and closely follow updates from Lebanese authorities and the Thai Embassy.

The embassy also urged reliance on verified information and cautioned against sharing unconfirmed reports on social media, which could create confusion or panic. Officials said assistance remains available to Thai nationals as the situation develops.
