Passengers with delayed baggage can collect bags at Suvarnabhumi or request delivery, with Thai Airways providing dedicated contact numbers for assistance.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Heavy rainfall and localised flooding are causing delays to baggage handling for inbound flights. If your bag has not arrived, Thai Airways offers two options:

  • Collect it in person: Visit Lost & Found Domestic on the 2nd floor, opposite Entrance 1. Bring your original passport, boarding pass and baggage tag. The desk is open 24 hours. Call 02-134-5373–4 before travelling to check your bag’s status.
  • Request delivery: Submit your details through the QR code in Thai Airways’ advisory. You should receive a confirmation email with a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) reference number. Staff will contact you to verify the delivery details.

If you submitted the form but have not received a PIR number, call 02-134-5373–4 for a domestic flight or 02-134-5466–68 for an international flight. (TA)
