Prime Minister assures no corruption in government


BANGKOK, 31 August 2015  – The Prime Minister has assured that his government will be free of corruption.

PM Prayut Chan-o-cha said that the latest Cabinet reshuffle was intended to help adjust the work of the government to be more in line with the current domestic and global situations.

The PM’s reason behind the shake-up of the Cabinet line-up was heard again during the weekly TV program “Returning Happiness to the People”.

According to Gen Prayut, the change has come at the time when the government is entering its second phase that needs a more concrete realization of all initiatives in order to boost confidence of the public, the private sector and local and foreign investors.

He stressed that all projects must be implemented under clear and transparent plans and that there must not be any corruption.
