Thai student receives Outstanding Youth Award for athletics and social contributions

ISB student Phannakan Kulmanochawong receives an Outstanding Youth Award after representing Thailand in international athletics, including the Asian Youth Games in Bahrain.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Thai student Phannakan Kulmanochawong has received an Outstanding Youth Award from the Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC) in recognition of her athletic accomplishments and contributions to society and Thailand. She is currently a Grade 11 student at International School Bangkok (ISB). Phannakan has represented Thailand in international athletics competitions, including the 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, where she finished seventh in Asia in the women’s triple jump.



The ISB student has continued to achieve strong results in international competition, earning recognition for her sporting ability, dedication, and determination. Her performances have also showcased the potential of young Thai athletes to compete at a high level internationally. The award recognizes Phannakan’s athletic accomplishments and her role as a young representative of Thailand, demonstrating the potential of Thai youth to excel on the international stage and bring pride to the country.
