Pattaya gears up for December packed with festivals, sports, and year-end celebrations

PATTAYA, Thailand – The city of Pattaya is welcoming the final month of 2025 with a lineup of exciting events designed to entertain both residents and tourists. From cultural ceremonies to music festivals, sports competitions, and grand year-end celebrations, December promises nonstop fun across the city.

The month kicks off with the Ordaining for The King RAMA IX ceremony, a multi-faith tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, taking place at the Sanctuary of Truth from December 5–9. Following that, the internationally renowned WONDERFRUIT 2025 music and arts festival will run from December 11–19 at The Fields, Siam Country Club.



Jazz lovers can enjoy the Pattaya International Jazz Festival 2025 on December 12–13 at Pattaya Central Beach, while adrenaline seekers can catch the WGP#1 Waterjet World Cup 2025 jet ski competition at Jomtien Beach from December 17–21.

As the city lights up for the festive season, the Pattaya Festival 2025 will adorn the streets with spectacular decorations on December 19, followed by the Pattaya International Bikini Beach Race 2025 on December 20 at Central Pattaya. The Naklua Market Walk & Eat Festival 2025 will also delight food enthusiasts from December 20 to January 25, 2026.



Families and children can join the Christmas Creative Kids Contest 2025 on December 21 at Central Marina Outlet, while sports fans can watch the Pattaya Petanque Competition 2025 at Pattaya School 2 on December 26–27. The city will honor King Taksin the Great Day on December 28 at Pattaya City Hall before wrapping up the year with the highly anticipated Pattaya Countdown 2026 from December 29–31 at Central Pattaya Beach.
