At approximately 07:20 a.m., a rescue team of two firefighters was dispatched to assist a grey Honda Civic with Phitsanulok plates that was unable to start after its battery died. The vehicle was parked in front of U Jomtien Pattaya when the incident occurred.
Upon arrival, the firefighters assessed the situation and provided a jump-start service using portable battery equipment.
