Nightlife operators join celebration as popular central Pattaya venue marks owner’s 58th birthday

Members of Pattaya’s nightlife business community, local officials, and guests gather at Rom Sai Brasserie in Pattaya to celebrate the 58th birthday of owner Khattiya “Pui”, with cultural performances, live music, and festivities highlighting the city’s vibrant tourism and entertainment scene.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Members of Pattaya’s nightlife business community gathered to celebrate the 58th birthday of Khattiya “Pui”, owner of the well-known Rom Sai Brasserie and Cafe La Page, during a lively event that brought together local leaders, business figures, and guests from Thailand and abroad.

The celebration took place on March 9 at the Rom Sai Brasserie venue near the central Pattaya intersection, drawing a large crowd and reflecting the close relationships among the city’s entertainment operators and tourism stakeholders.

Representatives from the Pattaya Nightlife Business Association attended the event, with association president Lisa Hamilton sending members and committee representatives to extend their congratulations. Also present were Pattaya City Council members Nikom Saengkaew and Jirawat Plukjai, along with local businesspeople, charity representatives, loyal customers, and numerous Thai and foreign guests.

The evening featured a festive atmosphere with a buffet offering a wide variety of dishes for attendees. Young performers from schools in the Pattaya area presented Thai cultural performances, giving local youth an opportunity to showcase their talents while adding a colorful cultural element to the celebration.


Guests gather for a lively celebration at Rom Sai Brasserie in Pattaya, reflecting how some bars and nightlife venues remain resilient despite economic pressures and global uncertainties affecting tourism.

Live music performances also kept the atmosphere lively throughout the evening. The venue regularly hosts live entertainment as part of its efforts to attract visitors and promote Thai cultural expression to international tourists.

Organizers noted that part of the proceeds from the event would be donated to support community and charitable activities in the Pattaya area.


Toward the end of the evening, guests gathered to offer birthday wishes to Khattiya, singing together in a warm and friendly atmosphere filled with smiles and celebration.

Beyond marking a personal milestone, the event also highlighted the role of local entrepreneurs and the nightlife sector in helping maintain Pattaya’s vibrant tourism scene and contributing to the city’s economic activity.
