Lifeguards saved the life of a foreigner who nearly drowned in Jomtien Beach.
Lifeguard Thongchai Tiengcharoen pulled the unconscious body of the unidentified foreigner to shore near Jomtien Soi 13 Jan. 25. The man had been unconscious for up to 10 minutes and needed CPR before being transported to Banglamung hospital.
