Pattaya will fit the road running along Dongtan Beach with speed bumps after complaints about speeders.
Deputy Mayor Pattana Boonsawad and city workers toured the so-called Dongtan Free Zone May 30, ordering where speed bumps should be built.
The Dongtan road is closed to traffic from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but those waking or exercising on the strip in the evening said cars whiz down the street, causing accidents or scaring pedestrians.
