PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya municipal officers came to the aid of a foreign man who was found lying near a convenience store on South Pattaya Road and reportedly unable to move his arms and legs. The Pattaya municipal enforcement officers were checking the area when they encountered the foreigner lying near the convenience store and apparently unable to help himself. The man was reported to be suffering from weakness in his arms and legs and was lying there waiting for assistance.

Officers immediately contacted the Sawang Boriboon rescue team in Pattaya to provide medical assistance. Rescuers assessed the man and provided initial first aid at the scene before taking him to a hospital for further examination, treatment and medical care. The incident highlights the role of Pattaya municipal officers and rescue teams in responding when people are found in need of immediate assistance in public areas.
