
PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa, the premium beachfront retreat on Jomtien Beach, officially unveiled its newest signature dining venue, Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar, in a grand opening attended by media and special guests. The launch event was presided over by Michael Hogan, General Manager – Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa, with insights and highlights shared by Marcello Piacentini, Executive Chef, and hospitality guidance from Alisa Ngamsanga, Assistant Director of PR & Marcom. Suwanthep ‘Tony’ Malhotra, Executive Representative from Pattaya Mail, was also present to cover the launch for the local media.
A Marketplace of Global Flavors
Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar is designed to resemble a lively marketplace, featuring an open kitchen and live cooking stations where guests can watch chefs prepare fresh dishes in real time. The menu emphasizes Thai classics, Pan-Asian cuisine, and international favorites, served both à la carte and buffet style, and is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The venue combines modern design with a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for families, social gatherings, or casual dining by the beach.
Signature Dishes and Weekend Delights
Guests can savor standout dishes such as Goji Beef Noodle Soup, Crab Curry with Wild Betel Leaves, Goji Smash Burger, 60-Day Dry-Aged Prime Rib, and Palm Sugar Pie. The weekend dinner buffet, offered every Friday and Saturday from 6:00 – 10:00 PM, features over 80 items, including freshly imported oysters, house-smoked meats, premium grilled seafood and steaks on the open Parrilla grill, and authentic Chonburi specialties.
