Deputy Government Spokesperson Ploytalay Laksameesangchan stated that the government and healthcare providers will promptly investigate and correct any inaccurate information. This action addresses public concerns about possible unauthorized use of healthcare entitlements.
An initial review found that the Mor Prom application and its data-transfer processes are operating normally, with no system errors detected. The information shown in the application matches data submitted by healthcare providers. The ministry is working with the relevant facilities to determine why some records do not reflect the services patients received. It will correct the information and improve procedures to increase accuracy.
Individuals who find incorrect treatment records or service entries may request an investigation and correction from the hospital or healthcare facility listed in the record, their Provincial Public Health Office, or through the Mor Prom system. The government is developing Mor Prom as a digital health Super App that integrates services through the Ministry of Public Health Personal Health Record system (MOPH PHR). The platform enables users to access their health information, verify healthcare entitlements, contact service providers, and review which agency entered their records and who recorded the information.
