PATTAYA, Thailand – The HHN Foundation for Thai Children in Central Pattaya hosted a practical workshop on adolescent sex education on 1 November 2025, aiming to equip youth with the knowledge and skills to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and early pregnancy. The program was organized by the Ministry of Education, with expert teacher Ms. Nattachaporn Othong leading the session.

The workshop welcomed participants from the Child Protection and Development Center (CPDC) and other interested youth. Activities included interactive exercises such as “My Baby,” allowing participants to simulate teenage pregnancy and understand the responsibilities and consequences it entails, as well as “Water Exchange” and STI risk scenario simulations to illustrate the dangers of unsafe behaviors.

Through these engaging exercises, the program sought to foster life skills, comprehensive sexual knowledge, and self-protection strategies, empowering youth to make informed decisions about their sexual health in a safe and supportive environment.
